To ensure a smooth and efficient experience, it is crucial that you provide all necessary information, especially specific dimensions such as Height and Depth for baseboard cutouts, when placing your order for custom radiator covers.
Please note the following:
Incomplete Information:
If your request does not include all the necessary details or is unclear, we may not be able to complete your order. It is essential to provide precise and comprehensive information for us to craft the perfect radiator cover for your needs.
Liability for Incomplete Requests:
We do not take liability for incomplete or unclear requests on our side. If you fail to provide all the necessary and clear information, we cannot guarantee the completion of your order.
No Communication for Missing Information:
Due to the volume of orders and to maintain efficiency, we will not write to you to request missing information. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all details are included at the time of placing the order.
Correct measurements: you need to measure your radiator's exact dimensions (Height, Width, Depth) and add 1" to final Height, add 1" to final Depth, add 2" to final Width. For example: if your exact dimensions of radiator are: Height 20", Width 20", Depth 10", you need to provide us these dimensions: Height 21", Width 22", Depth 11".
Important: If you have purchased your cover and have chosen your dimensions through options by yourself and after receiving your cover you realized that you have purchased wrong size, WE DON'T TAKE LIABILITY FOR THAT ON US. Your wrong size cover will not be returned back.

Attention: When returning your cover for replacement or repair, please ensure it is returned in its original condition and securely packaged. ════ SAFETY WARNING ════
These covers are designed for hot water heating systems. Hydronic heating systems are designed to have more control of the temperature throughout the system. Although they can be used on an electric baseboard, The ArtMillwork Design Company claims no liability due to the nature of electric heating. If you decide to use these on an electric baseboard, please contact the manufacturer of the heater for engineering/technical guidance. The vents must be properly aligned to allow proper airflow across the heater elements and since each manufacturer has different specifications it is far too hard to control those variables. We would not recommend using with electric baseboard due to the concerns of safety.
