At ArtMillwork Design, all products — including Radiator Covers, PTAC / HVAC Covers, Baseboard Covers, PVC Outdoor Covers, Parametric Art, Geometric Wall Panels, Air Vent Covers, Wardrobe & Closet Doors, and Slat Cabinet Doors — are custom-made to order based on the exact specifications provided by each customer. Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds and returns are limited and subject to the policy outlined below.


Refunds & Returns

Custom-Made Products

All radiator covers and PTAC / HVAC covers are produced specifically for each individual order. For this reason, returns and refunds are not accepted, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only for confirmed manufacturing defects, including:

Incorrect construction due to our workmanship

Structural defects that affect proper use of the product

All refund claims are carefully reviewed and must be supported by clear photos and documentation.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for the following reasons:

Incorrect measurements provided by the customer

Design, style, or color selections chosen by the customer

Change of mind after production has started

Installation issues or wall, floor, or baseboard irregularities

Natural variations in wood grain, MDF texture, or paint finish

⚠️ Important:
Full refunds are possible only before production begins.
Once manufacturing has started, the order becomes non-refundable.


Custom Orders Policy

All products are made to your exact specifications, including dimensions, design, and finish.

Returns are not accepted for size, style, or color issues resulting from customer selections

Customers are fully responsible for verifying all measurements before ordering

We strongly recommend reviewing measurements carefully prior to purchase.


Pre-Production Approval

All order details must be finalized before production begins, including:

Dimensions

Design selection

Cutouts (baseboard or other approved cutouts)

Finish or color

Once production starts, changes, cancellations, or revisions are not possible.


Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable once applied:

Rush Production (3× Faster)

Production Time: 3–5 business days

Shipping Time: 1–2 business days

Standard Production

Production Time: 10–15 business days

Shipping Time: 3–5 business days

Additional Fees

Oversize delivery fees for covers wider than 56 inches


Shipping Policy

We ship via FedEx, UPS, USPS, freight carriers, or private delivery, depending on order size and destination.

Please note:

Delivery times are estimates only

Carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs issues are beyond our control

Tracking information is provided for all shipments

Customers must be available to receive deliveries

Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has shipped


Damaged Shipments

Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery.

If visible damage is found:

Report the damage to the carrier at the time of delivery

Contact us within 24 hours

Provide clear photos of the packaging and product

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may void eligibility for claims.


Warranty

All products include a 90-day limited manufacturer warranty, covering:

Verified manufacturing defects

Structural workmanship issues


Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

Installation errors

Measurement mistakes

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by moisture or excessive heat

Modifications or alterations by third parties

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
