All products sold by ArtMillwork Design — including but not limited to Radiator Covers, PTAC / HVAC Covers, Baseboard Covers, PVC Outdoor Covers, Parametric Art, Geometric Wall Panels, Air Vent Covers, Wardrobe & Closet Doors, and Slat Cabinet Doors — are custom-made to order based on customer-provided specifications.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
All measurements and specifications provided are accurate
You have reviewed product descriptions, materials, dimensions, and options
You understand that custom orders cannot be changed or canceled once production begins
ArtMillwork Design is not responsible for errors, delays, or fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements, specifications, or selections provided by the customer.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice
Orders are processed only after full payment is received
Additional charges may apply for:
Rush production
Expedited shipping
Oversized items or freight delivery
All applicable fees are disclosed at checkout or communicated prior to production.
4. Production & Shipping
Production and shipping timelines provided on our website are estimates only.
Delays may occur due to:
Manufacturing volume or material availability
Carrier delays
Weather conditions
Customs or logistical issues beyond our control
Once an order is shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier. ArtMillwork Design is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by carriers.
5. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Customers are solely responsible for proper installation and use of all products.
ArtMillwork Design is not liable for:
Installation errors or improper installation
Damage occurring during or after installation
Structural conditions of walls, floors, baseboards, windowsills, or surrounding areas
Professional installation is recommended when appropriate.
