Shipping Information:

Your order will be shipped within 5-10 business days, carefully packed with bubble wrap and paper dunnage. We use FedEx and UPS for shipping, and tracking information will be emailed to you automatically.

Important Notice for Custom Orders:

To ensure a smooth process, please provide complete and accurate dimensions, including Height and Depth for baseboard cutouts. We do not accept liability for incomplete or unclear orders. If necessary information is missing, we cannot guarantee order fulfillment.

Measurement Instructions:

Measure your radiator’s exact dimensions (Height, Width, Depth) and adjust as follows:

• Add 1 inch to the Height
• Add 1 inch to the Depth
• Add 2 inches to the Width

For example, if your radiator’s dimensions are:

• Height: 20 inches
• Width: 20 inches
• Depth: 10 inches

Provide dimensions as:

• Height: 21 inches
• Width: 22 inches
• Depth: 11 inches
