For a smooth custom order experience, please provide all necessary details, including specific dimensions such as Height and Depth for baseboard cutouts.
Incomplete Information: If your order lacks necessary details or is unclear, we may be unable to complete it. Accurate and comprehensive information is essential to craft the perfect radiator cover.
Liability for Incomplete Requests: We do not assume liability for incomplete or unclear requests. If you do not provide all required information, we cannot guarantee your order's completion.
No Communication for Missing Information: Due to high order volumes, we will not contact you for missing details. It is your responsibility to include all necessary information when placing your order.
Correct Measurements: Measure your radiator's exact dimensions (Height, Width, Depth) and add 1" to the Height, 1" to the Depth, and 2" to the Width. For instance, if your radiator measures 20" Height, 20" Width, and 10" Depth, provide dimensions of 21" Height, 22" Width, and 11" Depth.
Important: If you choose dimensions yourself and realize they are incorrect after receiving the cover, we do not accept liability for returns. Incorrectly sized covers will not be eligible for return.
Return Policy: When returning a cover for replacement or repair, ensure it is in its original condition and securely packaged. Any damage incurred during return shipping, including scratches, will be the customer's responsibility, and associated charges may apply.
Shipping Liability: The shipper is not responsible for damage or loss due to theft after delivery or external causes such as wars, strikes, or weather conditions.
